Booking Process
- Go to our website www.triphere.in
- On the landing page, you will see
Now click on Book now- A google form will open
Click on Book now and fill it.- Please pay a minimum of 200 money.
- Congrats your booking is completed, Our representative will call you soon.
- You will get an SMS of your booking details on your WhatsApp.
- Car details will be sent to you before 1 hour of your departure time.
- Any complaint related to the car or driver will be registered on 9936076445 by call and on connect@triphere.in by mail.
Cancellation process
You agree and acknowledge that You may cancel Your request for a Vehicle from a Driver at any point of time subject to a Cancellation Fee as explained below:
- You can cancel if the car or driver is other than the info provided to you by us.
- You can cancel if the car is not clean or the driver is not looking well but you have to send pictures of the car or driver which will be matched with your complaint.
- If the driver cancels due to non-contact with you at the pickup point.
- We will charge 20% money of your ride if your cancellation request will not approve.
- TripHere reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and the use of the website in the event of non-compliance with any of the above requirements. Further, TripHere will store the information provided by You or record your calls for contacting You for all Service-related matters. You shall promptly inform TripHere of any change in the information provided by You.
- TripHere shall, upon receiving the booking request from You in the manner set out above, proceed to confirm or decline the booking based on the availability of Vehicles at the pickup time, which shall be informed to You vide an SMS or email. In the event the booking is confirmed, You shall check the booking details including but not limited to pick up time and pick up place, and if there is incorrect detail, the same needs to be informed to us immediately by calling our contact number 9415536885.
- You shall bear the consequences and damages for any delay that may be caused to You due to Your failure to check the confirmation SMS or email or failure to inform TripHere of the incorrect details immediately.
- You will be liable for any of your belongings or luggage.
- In the event that items are damaged or lost inside the vehicle during the journey, TripHere will make a "best-effort" endeavor to locate them but is not responsible for their damage or loss.
- If You leave any items in the Vehicle or have a complaint about the Services or the use of the Vehicle, You must inform TripHere in writing within 24 (twenty-four) hours of using the Vehicle or TripHere's Services.
